Byland Rigg

Byland Rigg is a ceilidh band formed in Wass just before the millenium. They play tunes mainly from the North of England and provide their own caller for dances. The music is lively and the dancing is fun.The band can be booked for celebrations and fund raising events, for which special rates apply. Interval music can include songs, light jazz and harp pieces.The current line up includes Accordion/ Clarinet, Saxophone, Keyboard, mandolin/ fiddle and whistle.

Tiefrung Gleemen

Tiefrung Gleemen are based in Terrington. The name comes from the old English name for Terrington, together with a word meaning travelling musicians or minstrels. They play a wide variety of music and have their own caller for dances. Current instruments include tenor saxophone, accordion, fiddle, guitar, mandolin.
